The end of summer is when the mushroom season begins. Specially for our Guests we created a seasonal menu with the favorite mushroom of ancient Roman aristocrats – chanterelles. Due to its light taste and aroma, chanterelles perfectly match all kinds of dishes and can please the most demanding taste. In addition to its exquisite taste, the chanterelle has many useful properties and contains incredibly useful vitamins and microelements.
As a starter, we recommend ordering a tartar with duck or Lardon salad with bacon and quail eggs. Fans of mushroom soups will appreciate our cream soup; pasta lovers should taste pasta with chanterelles, turkey and cherry tomatoes. And for a more solid lunch or dinner our home-made vareniki with potatoes and chanterelles on a delicate cream sauce or juicy steak in bacon with egg poached and potatoes are just perfect.
